All projects are subject to physical site inspection before a binding contract is formed.

3. Service Quotations & Inspection Rules

Any cost estimates, starting rates, or timeframes listed on the website are informational approximations. A final, binding quotation requires a physical site inspection by Osum Paints supervisors to diagnose the surface substrate condition (moisture, cracks, peeling, old layers). We reserve the right to modify any tentative estimate upon discovering unforeseen dampness, structurally unsound concrete, or underlying wall damage during site inspection.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our site or submitting form data, you represent that:

• All information you provide (Name, Phone Number, Email, and Location in Jaipur) is accurate, current, and true.
• You own or have legal authorization to contract repairs, inspections, and painting/waterproofing work for the project site location provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

However, Osum Paints is not liable for structural failures, hidden concrete decay, sub-surface ground water pressure, or pre-existing building design flaws that degrade finishes or cause water infiltration behind waterproof layers after application. Our total liability under any written contract is strictly limited to the specific terms set out in that contract.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, logos, icons, graphics, textual content, page structures, and layouts on this website are the intellectual property of Osum Paints. Unauthorized replication, redistribution, or modification of these assets for competing commercial use is strictly prohibited.
